At CK Autos – Carey & Kyprianou, we provide specialist emissions-related services for diesel and petrol vehicles, helping restore performance, reduce smoke, and diagnose the root cause of dashboard warnings.
We offer both on-car and off-car DPF cleaning, full removal and chemical flushing, EGR system cleaning, AdBlue system fault repairs, and replacement of failed emissions components such as DPFs, EGR valves, NOx sensors, and pressure sensors.
Our priority is restoring proper emissions control and maintaining MOT compliance. For motorsport, track-use and off-road vehicles, we also provide software options to disable emissions systems when physically removed — strictly for off-road use where emissions compliance is not required.
On-Car DPF Cleaning
Professional chemical cleaning carried out while the DPF remains fitted. Helps restore flow, clear soot build-up and reduce regeneration issues.
Off-Car DPF Deep Cleaning
DPF removed from the vehicle and flushed using specialist equipment for maximum cleaning efficiency. Ideal for severe blockages.
DPF Replacement
OE-quality replacement diesel particulate filters fitted when cleaning is not viable or when internal structure is damaged.
EGR Cleaning & Repair
Restores proper valve movement, reduces hesitation, improves idle and prevents intake contamination caused by carbon build-up.
EGR Valve Replacement
Brand-new replacement valve fitted when the original unit is seized or electronically faulty, ensuring correct emissions function.
AdBlue System Fixes
Diagnosis and repair of AdBlue dosing faults, pump failures, NOx sensors and SCR errors causing limp mode or countdown warnings.
DPF / EGR / AdBlue Deletion (Off-Road Use Only)
Software disabling of emissions systems for track, race and off-road vehicles only. Not suitable for road-registered vehicles.
DPF Pressure Sensor Replacement
